Kickoff the new year feeling like a ROCKSTAR:

Why taking care of YOU should be your #1 priority as a leader in your company or business!

You’ve most likely laid out intentions, goals and benchmarks for your business or career for 2025, but have you laid the foundation for YOU this year?  In a culture where women are conditioned to put everyone else’s needs first and made to believe our self-worth is measured by productivity, it’s not surprising that despite our best intentions our own health and well-being are often what gets put on the back burner.  Yes, we may be motivated as we start the new year, but we all know that as motivation fades, we fall back into old, unwanted habits and behaviors, often leading to the endless cycle of overwhelm and exhaustion.

In this interactive and empowering hour together, we will

·        Dive into WHY as female leaders you MUST make your own health and well-being a top priority and map out a few simple steps to help you find a sense of balance

·        Uncover the real reason you’re stuck in endless patterns of overwhelm

·        Identify an essential area in your life that you’re most likely missing in terms of truly having the consistent time and energy you’d like so that you can feel like a ROCKSTAR daily.
