OUR STORY
The Women to Women Network started as a casual monthly meetup, where women in business gathered over coffee to engage in genuine conversation, collaboration, and growth. It was a space for support and inspiration, and for helping each other navigate the challenges faced in business, careers, and personal lives. Since then, it has grown into a vibrant community of like-minded women, all committed to building meaningful connections and making a greater impact in their communities.
Founded in 2018, this diverse group of women has continued to grow with members representing all stages of life - from young entrepreneurs and start-ups to seasoned owners, managers, or executives, and women in their second (or third!) careers. The common bond is a desire to grow, learn from each other, build a strong network of resources, build lasting relationships, and support one another as we strive to achieve our goals.
Women to Women Network was initially created to serve women in the Portland, Oregon, Metropolitan area. As our membership has grown, so have the communities we serve. Today, the Women to Women Network serves a growing network of women in multiple cities and states with established chapters, and we are projected to continue that growth with more officially recognized Regions and Chapters throughout the United States.

The Women to Women Network is a vibrant community of businesswomen dedicated to elevating women in business. Our members represent women at every stage of their business and career journeys, coming from a diverse array of industries and business sectors. We focus on fostering connections, building partnerships, and offering a space for collaboration and mentorship. Our membership-based organization emphasizes both personal and professional growth, supporting and empowering women to step more fully into their potential and to thrive. Through our programs, we are redefining how women show up in business, breaking down barriers, encourage leadership, and creating an inclusive environment where women can amplify their impact and support one another.
